Consent regarding the collection, processing and use of personal data in the Fujitsu Media Portal and Resource Center

In accordance with the applicable data protection laws, consent must be obtained from the data subject with regard to the collection, processing and use of personal data.

Declaration of consent

I agree that Fujitsu is allowed to collect, save and process the personal data entered during the Fujitsu Media Portal registration process ( i.e. name, surname, email address, position, company) or later on provided by me voluntarily for the Fujitsu Media Portal and its sub-pages and to use the same

- for the purposes of operating and maintaining the Fujitsu Media Portal,

- for the registration and management of its users, which includes an analysis of the users to identify new, interesting and relevant content by Fujitsu or by authorized third parties (in particular companies within the Fujitsu Group, also outside of the European Union, and their partners), as well as

- for user surveys to monitor user satisfaction and to optimize the content

I agree to the automated transfer, use, storage and evaluation of my personal data for the agreed purposes.

I agree to receive system emails for the actions I have triggered in the tools (e.g. renew my password etc.)

Within the context of the Fujitsu Media Portal Fujitsu shall save my personal data for the purpose specified for the Fujitsu Media Portal and in the event of non-use or aging erase such data. There shall be no transfer of personal data to any other third parties not involved in the Fujitsu Media Portal services and in particular to third parties who are not contractually bound. However, should this become necessary, Fujitsu is to obtain my prior consent for this purpose unless in exceptional circumstances, where Fujitsu is required by law to disclose without further notification.

I understand that I may revoke this consent at any time, without giving any reason, by changing my setting in https://mediaportal.ts.fujitsu.com/pages/user/dk_newsletter.php or by dedicated written communication to Fujitsu and request that the data be deleted or blocked for future use.
